Food security and sustainability have been the key concern for global food business in recent years, and yet many changes are yet to be achieved. Engage and Taste (E.A.T.) Borneo Conference aims to be the catalyst for change by bringing together food professionals, culinary artists, restaurateurs, trade leaders, technologists, entrepreneurs and aspiring food specialists to convene and ‘Innovate, Elevate and Celebrate’ in UNESCO Creative City Network’s Gastronomy City: Kuching, Sarawak.
E.A.T. Borneo Conference is an inaugural home-grown culinary conference organised by the Kuching Chef Association (KCA) in collaboration with Borneo Convention Centre and ARC Creators, supported by Sarawak State Government.
